A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance):
To simplify your charter experience, an A.P.A. of 30% of the charter fee is required in addition to the charter cost. This covers variable expenses, including but not limited to:
- All kinds of provisions related to food (based on your Preference List and special dietary requests)
- Beverages (alcoholic drinks and special orders)
- Private marinas
- Activities and equipment (shore excursions, transfers, and special gear if requested)
- Utilities and services (custom fees, shore power, waste disposal, internet outside Turkey, personal laundry)
- Fuel (generators, tenders, motorised watersports)
Excess or Refunds: Unused A.P.A. will be refunded at the end of the charter; any overages will be settled onboard in cash.
Gratuity Not Included: Crew tips are at your discretion and not part of the A.P.A. (unless agreed otherwise).
Wire Transfer Fee: A 2.5% commission is deducted if the A.P.A. is paid via bank transfer.
This system ensures a stress-free experience without worrying about incidental expenses. Any unused funds will be returned to you, making it fair and transparent.
